Goffstown man indicted on three reckless conduct charges

MANCHESTER - A Goffstown man, Jeffrey Prenoveau, 25, of 11 Westside Ave., was indicted by a Hillsborough County North grand jury on a first-degree assault charge that alleges he drove his vehicle at a man, striking him and injuring the man's hand on Aug. 20 in Weare.

Three felony charges of reckless conduct allege he drove his vehicle, a deadly weapon, at the man and two others, striking them. A separate reckless conduct indictment alleges he placed another in danger of serious bodily injury by driving close to the man's car, tailgating, driving in the breakdown lane and swerving toward the man's car.

A felony charge of conduct after an accident alleges Prenoveau failed to stop and provide needed information after striking and injuring one of the men.

Other indictments handed down by the Hillsborough County North grand jury in December include:

--Rafael Santos, 48, of 716 Beech St., felonies of burglary while armed with a deadly weapon, burglary of a dwelling at night, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled drug and criminal threatening, and a misdemeanor of resisting arrest. Santos is accused of breaking into a residence on Bowman Street Sept. 28, 2012, with the purpose of committing an assault, while armed with a .380-caliber handgun and with oxycodone in his possession, and put a gun to the back of a woman's head, telling her to "shut up and stay on the ground." Santos is accused of struggling with officers trying to handcuff him.

--Fadhil Al-Jibury, 26, of 25 Walker St., felony of first-degree assault, acting in concert with another, Aug. 22. Al-Jibury is accused of striking a 19-year-old with a boat oar, capable of causing death or serious bodily injury, which caused lacerations and a broken finger.

--Steven Flattery, 24, of 81 Bow St., first-degree assault, June 19-20. While acting in concert with another, Flattery is accused of assaulting a man repeatedly in the head and face and throwing a heavy object at his torso, causing injuries to the head and face that included orbital and nasal fractures.

--Travis Beach, 28, of 14 Elmer Ave., Hooksett, felonies of robbery and burglary, June 14. Beach is accused of acting with another in entering a man's residence to steal money and punching and kicking the victim in the face and chest, resulting in multiple facial fractures, fractured ribs and fractures of the lumbar spine.

--Kori-Marie Sherburne, 17, of 1630 Front St., second-degree assault for punching a female in the face and head while wearing brass knuckles, causing fractures to the victim's teeth, Oct. 20.

--James Hillsgrove, 65, of 41 Stearns Road, Amherst, eight charges of felonious sexual assault involving four children under 13 years of age, one of them between July 1984 and July 20, 1990, and three of them between March and September of 1990.

--Devon Tatro, 19, of 475 Union St., Peterborough, felonies of arson and reckless conduct. Tatro is accused of starting a fire in an occupied structure Nov. 19, putting others in danger of serious bodily harm.
