Nashua man arrested in stabbing


ISAAC CORA 

NASHUA - A city man is accused of stabbing a man in the leg in a Saturday night incident on Lake Street.

Isaac Cora, 38, of 8 Fulton St., Apt. A, is charged with first degree assault, a class A felony, and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor.

The stabbing happened about 9:40 p.m. near 42 Lake St. Police said the stabbing victim,  who was not identified in a news release, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital where he was treated and later released.
Police found Cora nearby a short time later and arrested him.
Cora and the injured man know each other, police said. 
What's next:  Cora was detained on $25,000 cash bail pending arraignment in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
