MADISON – No one was injured in a fire that completely destroyed a home at the corner of Jungfrau Road and Aspen Drive in the Eidelweiss Village section of Madison on Wednesday morning.

Assistant chief Richard Clark of the Madison Fire Department said the house was fully involved and the occupants out when firefighters arrived on the scene shortly before 6:30 a.m.

As of 11:30 a.m., firefighters were still at the site, going through the smoky ruins and putting out hot spots.

The fire departments of Conway, North Conway, Redstone, Center Conway, Freedom and West Ossipee assisted the Madison Fire Department, with the Tamworth Fire Department providing station coverage.
