BEDFORD - Police are investigating two burglaries that happened Thursday, according to a release.

Police said Heaven's Market on Boynton Street was broken into about 3:30 a.m. Thursday. A window in the front door had been smashed and some money was taken.

Police said another burglary was reported at 5:25 p.m. at a home on North Amherst Road. In that incident, which happened during the day, the home was entered through an unlocked door and "various items" were stolen, the release said.

Anyone with information about the burglaries is asked to call police at 472-5113.
