Rochester man arrested on misdemeanor charge Sunday

ROCHESTER - A local man was arrested Sunday after allegedly shoplifting at a convenience store in Gonic.
 
 
David Harriman, 32, was charged with willful concealment following an incident at the Irving Circle K along Gonic Road (Route 125).
 
 
After being arrested, Harriman was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment Feb. 25 at 8 a.m. in the 7th Circuit Rochester District Court.
 
 
Willful concealment is a Class B misdemeanor, which is punishable by a maximum of a $1,200 fine, if convicted.
