Portsmouth sued in dispute over vehicles belonging to 'virtual' business
PORTSMOUTH — A businessman has filed a lawsuit against the city alleging he was wrongfully denied the right to register a utility trailer and a Mercedes, both owned by his Portsmouth-based company, because his business is virtual.
