Family: My mother (originally from Conway) and two brothers, a sister-in-law, two great nieces and an awesome nephew live in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. My partners-in-crime live in Gilford: significant other Tony Cheek and his sons, Alex and Sammy Cheek.
High school: Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Md.
College/post-grad degrees: Bachelor of science in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University
Current job: Vice president, associate general counsel at Fidelity Investments
Key past positions held: Attorney at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, Concord, and Schulte Roth & Zabel, New York
Volunteer activities: Founder and a director of Sure Shot Scholarships, Inc., a N.H. nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to financially disadvantaged young athletes so that they may attend sports camps. Since its inaugural year in 2004, I've been a member of the motorcycle safety crew for AngelRide, the annual two-day bicycle fund-raising two-day event in Connecticut which benefits the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp's hospital outreach program (for children who are too sick to attend the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.

Meet 40 who are making a difference
CANTERBURY - Hannah Sullivan has an important job with lots of responsibilities that occupy much of her time.
An attorney, she is presently vice president and associate general counsel at Fidelity Investments. She holds a degree in business administration from Washington University and a juris doctorate from Georgetown University. She had been an attorney at a firm in Concord and at a larger firm in New York City.
And though her career is very important, so is her life with her "significant other," who has two sons of his own and lives in Gilford. So what does she do with her spare time? Does she have any spare time?
Sullivan makes time for a third passion, a need of hers, in fact - to give back.
"Of the 100 percent of the things I do every day, giving back to the community should be a big percentage of that, that's the way I look at it," said Sullivan, 38, who credits her parents for her devotion to volunteerism and community service.
Among her ongoing volunteer efforts:
. She is the founder and a director of Sure Shot Scholarships, Inc., a nonprofit New Hampshire organization that provides scholarships to financially disadvantaged young athletes so that they may attend sports camps.
. Since its inaugural year in 2004, she has been a member of the motorcycle safety crew for AngelRide, an annual two-day bicycle fundraising event in Connecticut which benefits the Hole in the Wall Gang Camps hospital outreach program that is aimed at assisting bicyclists to safely cross dangerous traffic intersections.
. She is a motorcycle instructor for BostonMoto and Fishtail Riding School, where she teaches students driving skills on a racing course at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon.
"I've always been athletic, but my soccer days are over," said Sullivan, who played college soccer at Villanova. "Part of my upbringing is to want to see that kids had the same opportunities that I had."
For Sullivan, community service is not a chore.
"I feel lucky to be able to give back at least some of what I was given," she said.
