Nashua man accused of stiffing motel on bill
Scott Colby, 40, who lists his current address as the Motel 6 at 3 Progress Ave., Room 370, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with theft of services, a class A felony.
Police said Colby stayed at the Fireside Inn and Suites, 10 St. Laurent St., from Nov. 14, 2012, through Jan. 10, and then skipped out on the $2,400 bill.
What's next: Colby is being held on $200 cash bail, pending arraignment Feb. 19 in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
