Court to decide fate of potential Keene shopping centers buyer after defaulting on agreement

A Massachusetts developer who planned to buy two Keene shopping centers could be bounced from any such deal by a judge. Nicholas Heras Jr. signed a multimillion-dollar purchase and sales agreement last year to buy the Colony Mill Marketplace and The Center at Keene But after defaulting on the agreement, he filed litigation in December to intervene in a suit involving the shopping centers, court documents say.
