NH dropped from class action against P&G over allegedly false Align claims
Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 7:33 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Wednesday trimmed a proposed class action accusing The Procter & Gamble Co. of falsely claiming that its probiotic supplement Align promoted digestive health, finding the plaintiffs couldn't prove violations of California, Florida and New Hampshire laws.
