AG’s office seeks second extension in Elizabeth Marriott murder case
Dover, N.H. — The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office last week filed a motion requesting a second extension in the time allowed to indict Seth Mazzaglia, the man accused of killing Westborough resident Elizabeth “Lizzi” Marriott.
