Goffstown declares snow emergency

GOFFSTOWN - The Goffstown Highway Department and Police Department have announced a winter snow emergecy and parking ban starting Friday at 5 p.m. and continuing through Sunday at 8 a.m. Vehicles will be prohibited from parking on Goffstown streets to allow for snow removal.
