Emergency parking ban begins Friday night in Dover
<br />Vehicles parked on any city street may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. During the Emergency Parking Ban, vehicles may be parked in any city controlled parking lot without regard to any posted regulations, according to a release by the city.<br />

“It is very important for vehicles to be off city streets during the storm so the snow removal process can be as efficient as possible,” Police Chief Anthony F. Colarusso Jr. said in the release.
