Guard Eric Jean-Guillaume and forward Ellis Cooper each tossed in a game-high 15 points to lead the Franklin Pierce men's basketball team to a 69-60 road victory against St. Michael's College on Saturday.
Forward Ryen Vilmont added 13 points and nine rebounds for the Ravens, who improved their record to 16-5 overall and 13-4 in the Northeast-10. St. Michael's (6-15, 3-14) was outscored 33-24 in the first half.
Dartmouth 60, Columbia 57: At New York, N.Y., freshmen Connor Boehm and Alex Mitola scored 20 and 17 points, respectively, and junior Tyler Melville added 15 to lead Dartmouth to victory Friday night.
Boehm, Mitola and Melville hit 20 of 31 field goal attempts to help Dartmouth (6-13, 2-3 Ivy League) end a 24-game road losing streak within the conference that dated back to 2009. Columbia (9-10, 1-4) received 16 points and nine rebounds from Mark Cisco.
Women's basketball
St. Michael's 73, Franklin Pierce 59: At Colchester, Vt., Franklin Pierce (14-7, 11-6 Northeast-10) led by as many as 11 points in the first half, but was outscored 41-23 in the final 20 minutes. Kara Charette led the Ravens with 12 points.
St. Michael's (9-12, 7-10) used a 10-0 run in the second half to turn a six-point deficit into a 48-44 lead.
Skiing
The Dartmouth College men's and women's teams each posted the fastest times to sweep the Nordic events at the Dartmouth Winter Carnival in Lyme on Saturday.
Dartmouth's men's team of senior Scott Lacy, sophomore Silas Talbot and senior Sam Tarling won the men's 3x5 freestyle relay in 41 minutes, 58.7 seconds. The Big Green prevailed by more than nine seconds. Junior Annie Hart, freshman Mary O'Connell and freshman Corey Stock won the women's race in 47:57.7.
Vermont leads the event with 713 points, followed by Dartmouth (675) and Middlebury (565).
The UNH trio of Annika Taylor, Elizabeth Izzo and Anya Caldwell Bean (Wolfeboro) posted a third-place finish in the women's 3x5K freestyle relay (49:47.3). The UNH men's Nordic combination of Erik Lindgren, Sam Reed (Keene) and Per Lindgren finished the 3x5K free relay in 45:18.8 to place seventh.
Saturday's scheduled alpine races were postponed to a date to be determined.

Franklin Pierce (6-13-0) trailed 2-0 until Doucette scored at 3:52 of the third period. The victory ended a 12-game losing streak and a 17-game winless streak for St. Michael's (2-19-1, 1-15-0 ECAC East).
