Seacoast grapples with hard drug use among youth




It is clear heroin has a foothold on the Seacoast. Police have warned of the prevalence of the drug since at least late 2011, when the Portsmouth Herald reported a "surge" in heroin abuse was tied to crimes and medical emergencies.
