Massachusetts woman injured in snowmobile accident
State Fish and Game officials said the accident occurred near Jefferson Notch Road, when Donesia Joseph, 32, of Roxbury, Mass., while operating a rental snowmobile and heading back to a rental agent, drove off the trail, over a small embankment and into a tree.
Joseph was treated by Twin Mountain Fire and Rescue at the scene for minor injuries, and was transported to Littleton Regional Hospital for further treatment. She was released later Sunday
A passenger on the back of the snowmobile was uninjured.
