The New Hampshire: Judge grants second extension in Marriott murder case
The Strafford County Superior Court has granted a request made by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office to extend the indictment period for Seth Mazzaglia, 30, accused of murdering University of New Hampshire commuter student Elizabeth “Lizzi” Marriott, until April 18.
