Monadnock Regional School District cleared of unfair labor charge
It alleged the district violated state law because it changed the employee salary schedule after a four-year contract was already ratified by the union and the school board. The union also alleged it was given the authority by the board to decide how to distribute a total of $650,000 in salary increases, which the board denied, according to the complaint.
