Manchester man arrested in home invasion

MANCHESTER -- A city man is accused of robbery stemming from a daytime home invasion in which he held a gun on three people while a companion robbed them of cash and electronics.

Brandon Ross, 22, of 383 Concord St., was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Thursday at a Rimmon Street address.

Ross and an unknown companion went to the 471 Beech St. residence of an acquaintance about 1 p.m. on Jan. 18. Police said Ross pointed a gun at the resident when he answered the door.

He is accused of holding the gun on the victim and two of his friends, while his unknown companion gathered up a Playstation 3, Xbox and an iPod, placing them all in a backpack.

They fled the apartment with the items, along with several hundred dollars in cash.

Thank you Union Leader. Over 60 years ago I would see all the criminals pictured in our local Post Office. Now we have our local garbage newspaper posting all the pictures of people arrested for various crimes. I think we deserve news worthy things that will educate us to be a better informed community. I took the time today to speak with our Mayor (GATSAS) regarding the various problems in our educational system. I sincerely hope in the future that our local newspaper can inform our readers about the shortcomings, future improvements, and dedicated people who want to improve our system.

Your judgemental attitude sucks, oh beech street... sir, i seriously hope you did not and will not procreate.

Was this young person charged with a Gun Crime? What about the other person involved? or is there a No Snitch policy in Manchester as well? This is the reason we need to have and keep guns, if people will continue to disrespect others like animals we need to react. Unfortunately too bad they feel life is worth so little. a video game is worth risking your life for? so be it.
