No city trash pickup for Monday holiday

MANCHESTER - The city Public Works Department will not pick up trash because of Monday's observance of President Washington's birthday, according to a release.

Monday's trash collection will take place on Tuesday and residents whose refuse and recycling collection are scheduled for Tuesday through Friday could experience delays, the release said.

The solid waste drop off facility on Dunbarton Road will also be closed Monday.
