Maine man arrested for alleged November sexual assaults


PORTSMOUTH — A Maine man was arrested Thursday by Portsmouth police on two counts of aggravated sexual assault.

Police said Paul Fierley, 50, of Canaan, Maine, was charged in relation to incidents that happened in November. Police did not provide any other information about his arrest.

Fierley is scheduled to appear March 4 in Portsmouth District Court.
