Snow emergency declared in Manchester
A snow emergency has been declared for Manchester through to 6 a.m. Monday in an effort to give the city workers time to make the roads safe for the work week commute.
Any car parked in violation of the emergency will be towed an impounded. The city has two parking lots available for people to use, the Victory Parking garage on Chestnut and Amherst streets, and the Pearl Street parking lot. The Victory garage has limited space, and cars must be moved out by 6 a.m. The Pearl Street lot allows drivers to park until 8 a.m.
