Rochester woman accused of sexually assaulting boy
On Feb. 14, a Strafford County grand jury handed up the indictment against Erica Westover, 24, of 19 Morton Ave. in Rochester, on the charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Westover allegedly sexually assaulted the boy, who would have been 14 or 15 at the time, for more than two months between July 20, 2010 and July 20, 2011, according to the indictment.
Aggravated felonious sexual assault is a felony that could result in a maximum of 10 to 20 years in prison.
