NH Bar Association to hold foreclosure clinic

CONCORD - The first in a series of free public foreclosure clinics hosted by the collaborative Foreclosure Relief Project is scheduled to take place from 3 to 5 p.m. on March 14, at the New Hampshire Bar Center, 2 Pillsbury St., Concord.

Homeowners who attend the clinic will meet one-on-one with an attorney who specializes in mortgage and foreclosure cases to formulate a plan to avoid, cope with or fight foreclosure, depending on circumstances.

Pre-registration for this clinic is required. To register, contact Vanessa Beauchesne, project coordinator of the Foreclosure Relief Project, at 715-3255 or vbeauchesne@nhbar.org.

Funded by a portion of New Hampshire's share of the national mortgage settlement, the Foreclosure Relief Project is a collaboration of the state Bar Association's Legal Services Department, New Hampshire Legal Assistance and the Legal Advice and Referral Center of New Hampshire.
