BG's Garnick wins New England hurdles title
Garnick broke her own record of 8.20, which she set last year.
The Bishop Guertin girls 4x400 relay team of Garnick, Molly McCabe, Sarah Burke and Rachel Pelletier also established a state record with a time of 3:57.67, finishing in fifth place.
The previous 4x400 record was set by Manchester Central in 1999 at 3:59.45.
