Manchester woman accused of stalking arrested again

MANCHESTER - Keryn Lynch, 28, of 258 Victorian Way, pleaded innocent Monday in 9th Circuit Court, Manchester District Division, to new charges of stalking and resisting arrest.

Police said Lynch was found in a vehicle on Silver Street Friday with David Currier, 41, of 471 Silver St., the man she is accused of assaulting and attempting to assault last month.

Bail conditions on the earlier charges barred her from contact with Currier and barred her from returning to the Silver Street address, where she previously lived with him. The resisting-arrest charge alleges she pulled her arm away from the officer arresting her.

Currier was also arrested. He was charged with simple assault, accused of repeatedly punching Lynch, and pleaded innocent to the charge Monday in Circuit Court. He is free on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with a trial set for April 25.

Lynch, who had been out on $2,000 cash/surety bail, is being held pending a bail-revocation hearing Tuesday morning.

Lynch is scheduled for trial April 4 on the new charges. She faces trial on the earlier charges March 25.

Accused of assault on two

A man accused of pushing his wife to the floor and grabbing her by the throat, as well as chest-bumping his mother-in-law for getting in his way, pleaded innocent Monday in 9th Circuit Court, Manchester District Division, to three charges of simple assault.

Trial was set May 2 for Admir Selimovic, 23, of 19 Garfield St.

Bail was continued at $500 personal recognizance, with conditions barring contact with the victims and barring him from the Garfield Street address.

Call was for check

Daniel Mariar, 30, of 1200 Elm St., could enter no plea Monday in 9th Circuit Court, Manchester District Division, to a felony charge of possession of a controlled drug, cocaine, so a probable cause hearing was set for March 14.

Mariar was arrested on the felony and a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, after police responded to a request for a check on a person's condition.

Because Mariar had failed to appear in court on an August 2011 drug-possession charge, trial on that charge will be April 4, the same day as trial on the new drug-possession misdemeanor. Bail was set at $5,000 cash/surety.

Pleads for bail break

A Hooksett man accused of stealing valuable coins from Antiques on Elm, 321 Elm St., then selling them for $55 to Cash for Gold Jan. 22, asked Circuit Court Judge William Lyons for a break on bail.

Stephen Davis, 41, of 1465 Hooksett Road, who is charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property, said he is now in treatment and wouldn't be able to get enough money for the $3,000 cash/surety bail proposed by the police prosecutor.

The prosecutor said Davis is currently subject to a 72-hour hold in connection with an August 2012 conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court for which he received a one-to-three-year suspended sentence.

Lyons set bail at $2,000 cash/surety, with conditions barring Davis from contact with the businesses. Trial was set for April 4 on the misdemeanors, at which time a violation of non-inspection will also be addressed.
