Mammoth Road in Manchester closed after car hits pole
Jordan Levasseur, 24, of Manchester, was driving south on Mammoth Road near its intersection with Nelson Street about 9 p.m. Tuesday when she veered off the road and hit the pole, police Lt. Todd Boucher said. Levasseur, who was taken to Elliot Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, apparently became distracted while finishing a cell phone conversation, he said.
A Manchester fire official said the road would be closed until about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday while crews made repairs.
