March 13 Woodmont hearing postponed

LONDONDERRY -- Next week's public hearing on the proposed Woodmont Commons development has been postponed until later this month.

The hearing, originally scheduled for March 13, will now take place on March 27, giving developers Pillsbury Realty Development a bit more time to prepare.

With little else on the agenda that night, the March 13 Planning Board meeting has been canceled.

The rescheduled March 27 meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Moose Hill Council Chambers at Londonderry Town Hall.

In a letter sent to Town Planner Cynthia May on March 4, attorney Ari Pollack, who represents project developers, said the postponement is "intended to allow to time for further collaborative sessions between staff and the respective technical teams, while ensuring that the next set of briefing materials is as refined as possible."
