212 firms, individuals suspended or barred for Iraq reconstruction fraud

A final report of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction has been released, and the findings aren't pretty: 114 debarments and 98 suspensions of contractors and government personnel for fraud or other corrupt practices.
