Business challenge deadline is Friday

Entries are due by 11:59 p.m. Friday for the Tory C. Marandos Entrepreneurial Challenge, a business plan competition that is open to all active businesses and potential startup businesses in New Hampshire, with fewer than three years in business.

The Center for Women's Business Advancement at Southern New Hampshire University administers the competition, which includes a $5,00O first-place prize and $2,000 for second place. The business owner does not have to be a woman.

Participants need to submit a two-page concept paper to marandos@snhu.edu.

The top five finalists will present their final business plan to a panel of judges on June 1.

The competition is in celebration of the late entrepreneur, Tory C. Marandos.
