Wanted Manchester man arrested in New York
A Manchester man who was wanted on charges he fired a gun at a Manchester home last month was caught Friday night in New York State, according to a U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force release.
Dominick Stanin, 45, is accused of firing several shots at the home in the early morning of Feb. 26. Nobody was injured in the shooting.
He then allegedly fled New Hampshire for Rochester, N.Y., where he grew up and where friends and family still lived. He was caught at a hotel in nearby Henrietta, N.Y., the release said.
Stanin will be charged with reckless conduct, being a felon in possession of a weapon, violating his probation and being a fugitive from justice, the release said.
