Arrest made in last month's robbery at Nashua market

NASHUA - Police have arrested a man they say robbed a local market at gunpoint last month.

Solomon Sanchez, 35, of 20 Fulton St., Apt. B, has been charged with robbery for the Feb. 23 incident at Churchside Market, 56 W. Hollis St.

Police say Sanchez allegedly robbed a store clerk at gunpoint, demanding money from the cash register. He was able to leave with an undisclosed amount of money, according to authorities.

The robbery charge is a felony and carries a possible prison sentence of up to 15 years if convicted, said police. Sanchez was being held on $75,000 cash bail at the time of his arrest.
