Fitchburg, Mass. man charged over threatening phone call to Concord call center

FITCHBURG -- We've all felt frustration over large utility bills, but police say a Fitchburg man took it a bit far on Friday when he threatened to shoot Unitil employees and burn down a Concord, N.H., call center.
