Keene cemetery vandalism yet to yield suspects

KEENE - There are still no suspects in the cemetery vandalism case that occurred at Greenlawn and Woodland cemeteries Between 4 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday, police said Tuesday.

"Twenty-nine headstones were damaged throughout the cemetery," said Sgt. Christopher Simonds.

It is essentially one cemetery, Simonds said, separated by a river.

Keene police are asking people with information regarding the vandalism to call police at 352-9813 or leave an anonymous tip at www.ci.keene.hu.hus/department/police/anonymous-crime-tips.
