Car partially sinks into water in Tuftonboro
The owner of the vehicle, who declined to be identified, said his car, an Outback, sustained water damage but should be repairable.
Members of the Tuftonboro Fire Rescue Department were dispatched to the location at approximately 10 a.m. The car was safely towed to shore, and aside from the engine dripping with water, appeared to be intact.
The state requires all bob houses to be off the ice by April 1.
