Dover educators mull lawsuit on adequacy of state funding
This formula was created six years ago. Each year, school districts’ enrollment changes. For example, Manchester, for fiscal year 2013, lost $240.41 students, while Dover gained 82.18 students. Manchester continues to receive the same amount of money they received with more students and Dover receives what they were receiving with less students.
