Redhook's newest stout brewed with NH lobsters

Black Lobstah Lager is Redhook's take on old-world-style oyster stout, which is traditionally made with oysters added to barley and hops during the brewing process. Black Lobstah Lager is made with New Hampshire-caught lobster. Redhook has partnered with New Hampshire Fresh and Local to source the local shellfish. The briny quality of the lobster balances the roast aromas of the black lager, leaving a crisp, dry finish.
