Sentinel Source - Private prisons are out, but corrections issues remain in the Granite State

In nixing the idea when the consequences of such a move became clear, the state showed a commitment to public safety, inmate treatment and the societal benefit of working to cut down the state’s incarcerated population. We’re better for it.
