Portsmouth woman saves big as an extreme couponer
PORTSMOUTH - Brooke Bechtol has taken clipping coupons to a whole new level. She just spent two days at Kmart on Woodbury Avenue with the same coupon that allowed the shopper to get $10 off a purchase of $10 or more. On Wednesday, she spent $10.59 for merchandise worth $958.32. Thursday, she spent $12.40 for goods worth just over $1,000.
