Laconia man accused of brandishing BB gun at passing cars

LACONIA - Police arrested a man they say was brandishing a BB pistol at passing cars Sunday just after 7:30 p.m. near Walgreens on Court Street.

Scott E. Coburn, 21, of 89 Church Street, No. 1, was arrested for felony level reckless conduct. Police said he had a BB gun that resembled a semi-auto pistol.

He was taken to the Laconia Police Department, where he was booked and released on $5,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned June 13 in 4th Circuit Court, Laconia District Division.
