NH Supreme Court seeks amicus briefs in case involving an inmate forced to pursue small claims case by video after being refused transport

Was the plaintiff’s right to due process violated in this small claims case when the circuit court denied his motion to be transported from New Hampshire State Prison , where he was an inmate, to the circuit court for the trial, and instead arranged for him to participate in the trial by telephone?
