Manchester murder case remains 'active'
MANCHESTER — Manchester police haven't made any arrests in a fatal drive-by shooting last weekend, according to authorities Wednesday.
"It's an active investigation, meaning Manchester's working on it on a daily basis," Jeffery Strelzin, senior assistant attorney general, said Wednesday.
"All the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by the Manchester Police Department," he said.
Mark Donnelly, 31, was killed about 11 p.m. Saturday while walking in the area of Pine and Prospect streets, according to police.
