Dover school system employee charged with theft of federal funds and fraud

While employed in the Information Technology Department in Lawrence, Mass., Bryan Cahoon, 53, of Dover, and who is now currently employed with St. Thomas Aquinas High School, has been charged by the US Attorney's Office with a felony count of “theft and fraud concerning programs receiving federal funds.”
