Manchester woman pleads innocent to stalking ex-boyfriend
Martineau told Judge William Lyons that she had filed an ex-parte motion in Family Court to get custody of her four-week-old daughter, who the alleged victim had taken from the Pearl Street apartment.

A city teen was arraigned Tuesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division on six felony forgery charges and six misdemeanor charges of theft by deception.
Bail was set at $10,000 cash/surety, with conditions barring contact with the woman whose checks were stolen and barring him from any St. Mary’s Bank branch.
