Manchester man arrested for burglary attempt

A Manchester man arrested early Thursday for allegedly trying to break into a Concord convenience store has investigators trying to determine if this case is linked to commercial burglaries that happened in surrounding towns.

Manchester police arrested Joseph Call, 23, of Manchester, on a Concord arrest warrant about 2 a.m. Thursday.

Call allegedly attempted to break into Capital Farms convenience store, 3 Broadway, in Concord on Wednesday. He is charged with attempt to commit burglary and criminal mischief.

Concord police are working with investigators from Manchester, Merrimack, Raymond, Allenstown, Pittsfield, Hopkinton, Henniker, Pembroke and Epsom to determine if commercial burglaries in their towns are related to the Concord case.

Call was held on $20,000 cash bail at Merrimack County House of Corrections pending arraignment in 6th Circuit District Division, Concord Court.
