Attempt to block LGC refunds is flawed, says lawyer for state
CONCORD — A lawsuit filed this week that seeks to delay insurance refunds to municipal customers of the Local Government Center is flawed because it assumes the state had authority over the LGC at a time, when it did not, according to attorney Andru Volinksy, on behalf of the N.H. Secretary of State's office.
