Woman fostering dog astounded driver struck and killed canine and left scene
ROCHESTER - Leroy, a white dog of about 35 pounds, was just getting used to his new home in Gonic when he was struck and killed by a vehicle on the Spaulding Turnpike. The driver of the vehicle did not stop, despite a New Hampshire law that mandates drivers to report a dog injury as soon as possible.
