Manchester doctor’s license suspended over claims of improper billing
The State of New Hampshire Board of Medicine signed off on the agreement with Dr. Genesio W. Biesek last week and released the terms on Monday.
The state board learned in 2009 that Biesek entered into a civil settlement with federal authorities over billing allegations. Without admitting any liability to the federal Office of Inspector General, Biesek agreed to pay $265,000 to resolve the allegations.
