High School Power Poll debuts Monday

The Power Poll is back.

Following up on the first weekend of the NHIAA football season, the New Hampshire Union Leader/WGIR/WMUR Power Poll makes its 2013 debut on Monday.
After WGIR Radio's Kelly Brown announces the poll during his 7:30 a.m. sports report on the "The Morning Buzz" show, reports on the poll will appear on UnionLeader.com and WMUR.com, as well as on Twitter @nhulsports and on WMUR's newscasts.
Further reporting on the state's top teams and analysis of the voting will appear each Tuesday in the print, electronic and online editions of the Union Leader.
This is the sixth season New Hampshire's only statewide newspaper and network affiliate have collaborated on the Power Poll and the second year the state's largest radio network has been part of the partnership.

Two representatives of each media outlet will vote on the poll: staff reporter Roger Brown and deputy managing editor Vin Sylvia of the Union Leader; Kelly Brown and "New Hampshire High School Sports Show" host Pete Tarrier of WGIR; and reporter Kevin Gray and sports director Jamie Staton of WMUR, host of the station's "Friday Night Football" show.
