The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Richard James Cybenko as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Cybenko, 28, is wanted on warrants for multiple offenses involving fraud, larceny, and smuggling contraband into a prison. Cybenko has an extensive history of home repair scams around the country, and is still active, though his whereabouts are currently unknown.

Also known by the aliases Richard James Hall, Richard Jewett and Albertico Guzman, Cybenko is described as 5-feet-10, 235 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on both arms, his chest, back and right ankle. He has a 6-inch scar on his neck.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632.
